TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hello and welcome. First, being a customer myself, I know how important it is to fulfill a satisfaction and guarantee to my customers. I will try my best to provide the utmost courtesy and profession in dealing with any mishaps, and to resolve any issues or problems with all parties involved with a shared understanding in completing a pleasant transaction.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
A full refund as money back (minus shipping) will be given if item is grossly misrepresented, other than that, all sales are final.
Item must be returned within 7 Days after being received, with shipping being the customer's responsibility, before refund can be given.
POSTAGE AND PAYMENTS
Payment is due 2 days after purchase if paying with paypal, 7 days if paying with check or money order. Order will only be shipped after money order or check clears. If payment is not received in the above stated time, the order will be canceled and item will be re-listed.
I ship via USPS first class ASAP after order has been placed. I will be sending a notification via email when your order has been shipped.
For e-file or PDF orders, item will be emailed within 24 hours or less after payment has been received.
All packages are shipped via USPS. Domestic packages with a USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number that can be emailed to you upon shipment and Insurance is optional, but encouraged. I make every effort to pack carefully & securely, but once it is out of my hands I assume no responsibility for delivery or any damage that may occur during shipping.
In some cases it may take slightly longer than 1 week after payment to receive your package. I will do my best to notify you if I anticipate any delay in processing your order for any reason.
